My hair has become thin all over, not just in the "M" shape that men get when they go bald in the stereotypical Male Pattern Baldness way. I am only twenty, and can't find a reason why! If it was MPB, I could understand, but it looks like the pictures of female baldness I have seen! And nobody, male or female, in my family, lost their hair at my age. What is wrong with me?

Ask you doctor to order a blood test to check you thyroid levels. You may have an underactive thyroid.

Not got a cure mate but suggest you get a can of the spray on hair Jimmy White used to advertise cause it looks real, and I am telling the honest truth (fingers crossed)

Doctors you go, hold on there. The worst that could happen is you die, hair is just hair dont let it get to you.

It must be very worrying for you but you must try not to get too stressed about it,see a doctor about it,are you on any medication that could be causing it.You dont say how old you are,if your over 40,your hair could be starting to thin naturally,it does happen to some men of course at an even earlier age.Hopefully in your case your doctor will be able to help you.

i can help you...but you will need to take a photo and email it to me...I have been working on this issue for the last 6 years...and have a couple dozen guys your age on my program...it is not unusual for 20 year olds to start going bald.....unfortunetly...it is much more common than people realize...

You do not need parents to have gone bald it ususally skips generations so there really is no way to tell.

If you are being completely honest about the way your hair is "falling"....sometimes it is hard to tell on yourself and you need an expert to analyze it....

I have a lab and a clinic....and I do microscopic analyzations of hair ....I can tell "when" you are losing it, which helps with the treatment....but I would need samples of your hair.....

U best go to ur doctors n tel dem to do some test on you (blood tests) anemia or kidney tests cld ave an effect on it.

Try norkin tablets apprently dey supposed to work. You can get dem from holland n barrett. Dey stop your hair falling out n help the old hair grow strong n promote new hair.

Make sure u go doctors thou
