Why is my rottweiler losing hair and has scabs on his back?

He tends to have small little white scabs appearing on his back and when you touch them, the hair will shed where the scabs are.

i have my 13 dogs in my home which we took good care. As i have noticed in dogs which suddenly having scabs and losing hair probably cause by intake of allergenic food such as Shrimp, crab or oyster or shells or mostly seafood which has a high quality of histamine. Sometimes, losing hair also but without having scabs is only seasonal, because they also change fur too and its normal. Just give them a bath. And as for scabs, what we most usually do is to apply used oil or grease from an engine car, and it work. just don't let the dog lick it. Its upto u. goodluck!
