Is it Normal for a teenager (14-18) to start losing hair?

I'm 15, and I've notcied that my hair seems to be falling out. Not to an extent. But, It's noticeable sometime. Like, when I wake up in the morning, I sometimes see hairs on my bed. Or when I comb my hair, hair is on the comb when I'm done. Does anyone think that there's a high chance of me actually going bald?

The amount of hair any person loses each day is 50-100 head hairs a day. It is totally normal to lose some hair each day. However, if you are losing much more hair, then that means that it's a sign of a health issue that needs to be dealt with. Some of the things that can cause this are poor nutrition, excessive stress, alopecia areata. There are many more other causes.

For more info see: (It talks about hair loss in teens.)

It's normal if it's not much. Boys' hairlines start to recede when they go through puberty. It's just a part of growing.

That is a little too early to be dealing with that. Talk to your doctor or endocrinologist about this and make sure everything else is okay.
