she should deep condition her hair. there are so many good one to choose from, read the rebel and try to find one the says it repairs and strengthens hair. she should deep condition about once a week and try not to blow dry your hair, let it air dry. then flat iron. try to only use the flat iron once a week,but wrap the hair at night with a silk or satin scarf to keep the hair straight. also use some type of moisturizer in you hair before you wrap it.

Protein, what she needs to do is eat more protein. That will help her hair both grow back and keep it looking healthier. She also needs to buy hair products that are made to protect hair from the heat. Tresseme works great and is pretty cheap. She should also lay off the heat for a least one week every month to give it time off(if she's really self concious have her wear a hat or scarf.). Deep conditioning her hair will help too.

I am a professional hair stylist that's been into growing healthy hair for over 10 yrs. I recommend that she first stop using so much heat on her hair because it burns it out. There are two choices she has. She could go and pay a good professional stylist to trim her ends, get a her hair shampooed, deep conditioned and straightened with a ceramic iron that gives the hair a silky straight look without so much heat or oil. Or go into a local beauty supply store and purchase The Organic Root Stimulator products. She'll need The Scalp Scrub, Uplifting Shampoo, Olive Oil conditioner, Hair Mayonnaise and Fertilizing Temple Balm. Use in the order as I listed, but use Conditioner and Mayonnaise at the same time. It saves the rinse time. The line is very good for damaged hair and not too expensive. She would also need to purchase a dyer to sit under, hair strips, Olive oil hair sheen, Kera Care Foam wrapping lotion to wrap, A silk hair bonnet or a silk pillow case for her hair and some baking soda for the Scalp Scrub. Before washing hair, put the Scalp scrub on as followed. Continue with the remaining products in the order as I listed.
