Losing hair and confidence. Womens thoughts.?

I am losing my hair and am recently single and about to get back into dating but my confidence is low. Is hair really that important to you girls out there? I am not bald but going that way. I am an attractive guy with a great body. BTW I am 30yrs young.

Don't let hair in the drain shake your confidence in yourself. The right girl will overlook that when she sees your great personality.

Hair doesnt make the man, and if it matters to your date than shes not worth dating.

My hubby is a baldy bean at 32 years old and he is sexy as they get. He started with "male pattern baldness" and then decided to shave it down to nothing. Groowwwwwl, mmm, mama likes.

Edit- oops, I got carried away..... to answer your question, don't worry about it. Some women find it sexy.

Oh dear, people sound old when they put "years young" after their age instead of "years old"

I think as long as you are confident in yourself - which being low in confidence as you said is just going to have to be a "fake it 'til you make it" thing. Act confident and people will want to talk to you. The more they know you, the less your appearance will matter. One piece of advice - if it's really noticeable - shave your head!! Don't go the comb over, be bald and proud

Oh man, dont even worry about it. I have dated guys that started losing hair when in their early 20's (22 to be exact). It doesnt bother me, honestly I dont really think it took away from his attractivness.

Well, a head full of thick hair is always a good thing in my books. But, it was never anything essential to having to be attracted to someone. Everyone has their own tastes in people, to some women it will matter to some it won't. But most that i know of, if not all of them really don't mind. Plus if you've got other attractive qualities along with a personality then girls really don't care if your bald or balding or on the road to balding :)

Most women today don't mind a man who is bald...it's actually in style. Look at some celebrities that are bald and beautiful.

There's Bruce Willis, Chris Daughtry, Vin Diesel,Andre Agassi...just to name a few and they are all good looking.

Hair does not make the man. Your personality and charm will win a woman over.

Bald is beautiful...UNLESS YOU look like Britney Spears.

u are thinking like a guy. men are visually driven. more aware of how a woman looks than what her personality and character are. MOST women are looking for a man who is trustworthy, responsible, and interested in WHO she is, not how HOT YOU will look on her arm. We also tend to be more realistic about aging. If you read the personals, u will often see 50-60 yr. old men seeking the company of women half their age, fit, and hot. WOMEN, on the other hand, at that age are USUALLY looking for men their age, with stable qualities and good personalities. HOW OFTEN have you seen a personal ad from a woman saying "balding men need not apply"? On the OTHER HAND, men will put specific age, and weight requirements! IF a woman rejects you solely on the basis of how much hair you've got, YOU DON'T WANT HER ANYWAY! Do you realize how SHALLOW that is? U are being sold a bill of goods by the hair growth/implant industry that is trying hard to convince u if u DON'T use their products, your life will be sub-par at best. We women are constantly reminded we are not thin enough, don't wear the right clothes, and if we don't submit to botox, cosmetic surgery, and breast implants, YOU won't LOOK AT US! And if all men are truly that shallow, God help us all. With these media-fed completely unrealistic views, we will never be satisfied, never look at a person for their TRUE SELF, and forever have a void that can never be fulfilled. YOU take care of the things you CAN CONTROL, eat right, exercise, keep your mind keen, learn and do interesting things that will give you something to add to a new relationship, be friendly, look for ways to give back to ppl, and community, and SOME wonderful woman out there will take note and want to know more about who YOU REALLY ARE! You are FAR MORE than the sum parts of your hair, or lack thereof. And face it, in this day and age, men of all ages are shaving their heads completely bald, and no one is rejecting them! Good luck!!
