Losing hair. Need help!?

Im male in my late 30's and have dry thin hair which is falling out and would like to slow the process down.It is also not growing back very fast at all.

I don't autually shampoo that much because Im afraid more will come out. I use just a normal shampoo like palmolive. Need some advice on this please and whether shampooing helps and the best way to save my hair. Thank you.

Try not to stress too much about it if you can or it will only make the problem worsen, as stress can lead to hair fall. relax, take a dep breath and think rationally. Thinning hair in men is usually heridatary, but of course there are products etc that could help to slow down the problem. Ensure you are getting adequete vitamins in your diet, Vitamin B and C, Zinc etc and essential fatty acids help, and I know this to be true, as I had a friend who had some hair loss. Before you spend any money on expensive topical products I would seek the advice of a Doctor or trichologist, who can recommend something that will genuinely help. If all else fails, cut it short to disgiuse the fact. Good luck

You cannot stop or slow down the hair loss.

Use a gentle almond shampoo and get a good cut to enhance what you have.

Do not use Palmolive. The chemistry is used as a dish grease cutting agent. It is not gentle.

I have had luck with Loreal restoratives. In a burgandy bottle.I have used it for 2 mo and noticed a big difference r a so I don't know why it this product isn't sold in salons. The price is on point. Also get a vitamin high in Biotin. It usually comes in a hair and nail formula. Good luck
